At Home Solutions, LLC is located in Edina, MN providing both Caregiver Support Services and Home Health Care Services. We offer Caregivers and Home Health Aides / CNA's 2-24 hours per day, seven days a week, throughout the Twin Cities for seniors and adults with disabilities as well as adults in transition. Baywood Home Care is a locally-owned and operated home care provider that has been serving Minnesotans for 11 years. We provide respite care in people's own homes on schedules that are customized to each of our client’s individual needs. We are available for anywhere from 2-hours per visit up to 24-hours a day (live-in caregivers are an option); and, we can personalize schedules of home care for everything in-between.  Respite care can be utilized as an on-going schedule to give the primary caregiver 'a break' to get out and run errands, socialize, exercise, work, etc.  Respite care may be used for a few days up to a few weeks following a surgery.  Also, we provide respite care for families who want to have their elderly relatives come into town over the holidays or for special events such as weddings and birthdays.  Respite care is tailored to meet individual needs.

Baywood Home Care caregivers are selectively hired for their training, experience, and compassion for working with older adults.  They have been well-screened and re-tested on their home health care skills upon hire.  We also offer on-going training for our caregivers.  Each of our clients also has access to an R.N. Care Manager who makes frequent visits to our clients homes.  During these visits, the R.N. is managing our clients' care plans, supervising our caregivers, providing consultation, and doing other related care management services such as arranging for home maintenance or social outings, serving as an advocate at docotors' appointments, managing medications, or being a liaison for family.  The R.N.'s role is ultimately determined by the client's individual needs and most R.N. Care Management is offered at no additional charge. With Baywood Home Care, seniors can continue living at home for a cost that is oftentimes no more than assisted living or nursing homes. 

Our home care services are personalized to whatever assistance a person may need to continue living their life at home, indefinitely.
