At Home Solutions, LLC is located in Edina, MN providing both Caregiver Support Services and Home Health Care Services. We offer Caregivers and Home Health Aides / CNA's 2-24 hours per day, seven days a week, throughout the Twin Cities for seniors and adults with disabilities as well as adults in transition. Our goal is to maximize safety and independence while assisting people in staying where they want to live: at home.
Our Caregiver services include, but are not limited to:
- respite care
- homemaking
- meal preparation
- medication reminders
- decluttering / downsizing / organizing
- laundry assistance
- incidental transportation
- stand-by showering
Home safety evaluations are available to ensure safety, security and stability for the aging adult in their home environment. We also offer trusted referrals for pre-screened service companies or to trusted professionals including Elder Law Attorneys, Estate Planners, Financial Planners, Handymen, Moving Companies, Reverse Mortgage Specialists, etc.
Our Home Health Aides can assist with:
- medication management
- medication set ups by our RN
- bathing assistance
- transfer assistance
- skin care
- feeding
- transferring
- incontinence needs
