Baywood Home Care is a locally-owned and operated home care provider that has been serving Minnesotans for 11 years. We provide home care on schedules that are customized to each of our client’s individual needs. We are available for anywhere from 2-hours per visit up to 24-hours a day (live-in caregivers are an option); and, we personalize home care schedules for everything in-between.   

Baywood Home Care caregivers are selectively hired for their training, experience, and compassion for working with older adults.  They have been well-screened and re-tested on their home health care skills upon hire.  We also provide our caregivers with on-going training.   In addition to receiving home care from consistent Baywood caregivers, each of our clients also has an R.N. Care Manager who makes frequent visits to their home.  During these visits, the R.N. is managing our clients' care plans, supervising our caregivers, providing consultation, and doing other related care management services such as arranging for home maintenance or social activities, managing medications, being an advocate at doctors' appointments, or being a liaison to family members.  Ultimately, the R.N.'s role is determined by the client's individual needs and most of the R.N. Care Management is offered at no additional charge.  With Baywood Home Care, seniors can continue living at home for a cost that is oftentimes no more than assisted living or nursing homes. 

Our home care services are personalized to whatever assistance a person may need to continue living their life at home, indefinitely.

Prairie Adult Care provides licensed health care and recreation during day hours in the protective environment of a day center. Participants attend the day center as needed Monday through Friday for socialization, medical and nutritional monitoring, and rehabilitation. Transportation is provided to and from your home.
