Prairie Adult Care provides licensed health care and recreation during day hours in the protective environment of a day center. Participants attend the day center as needed Monday through Friday for socialization, medical and nutritional monitoring, and rehabilitation. Transportation is provided to and from your home. SarahCare a premier adult day care facility, is a participant-driven program developed in 1985 by internationally renowned gerontologist dr. Merle Griff, Ph.D. in Canton, Ohio.
